A Kiwi Is Not a Fruit

The Collective Sound is a summer music academy for musicians 12 - 18 yrs of age, students write, record, and perform original music as part of the three or six week Summer Music Academy. Creative collaboration through music is the focus, however we also cover topics in music technology and the surrounding industry as well. With Summer Music Camps in in Orange County ( Los Angeles & San Diego) and Barcelona, Spain students can attend one program for 3 weeks or both for 5 weeks. Instruments include but are not limited to: Voice, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keyboard, Piano, and electronic instruments. We are not specifically a "rock" music camp as students collaborate with their bands to write original music.
